Happy Monday friends! Not such a happy Monday for you, then this post is sure to make it better because it involves some yummy eats!
To me summertime is all about grillin’ and chillin’ whether its just on our deck or poolside we love to grill! Whole Foods has an amazing meat section and like the rest of their food they have great standards for their meat so you can be sure of the quality of the meat you’re feeding yourself and your friends and family.
Whole Foods Meat Standards:
- No antibiotics — ever
- No supplemental growth hormones
- No animal byproducts in feed
- Raised on pasture or range for at least 2/3 of the animal’s life
Also with all of this Whole Foods partners with local farmers to bring you products that are being raised and grown near where you live which I think is awesome! I chose a nice rib-eye for dinner but the meal needed something else. In the produce section they had prepared veggie kabobs (woohoo! less work for me!) that just needed to be cooked.
The meal was delicious, colorful, flavorful and filling! Do you love grillin’ in the summertime? What are your favorites to throw on the grill?
